Dr. Wenli Feng, Senior Research Fellow, she has more than 15 years of experience and made distinguished contributions on developing and promoting the land resources surveying and monitoring technical system construction and implementation. She organized many key and major engineering projects including the Second and the Third National Land Survey of China, Land Use Basic Database, Unified Natural Resources Survey and Monitoring Technical System, etc. She led to compile many national technical standards and regulations which has been issued to practice. She is the chief editor of the Blue Book on China Ecological Protection Red Line which was first announced on the World Coastal Forum on 25th Sep. 2023. She promoted the win-win mechanism between the revenue and full-covered cadastral survey data. She was Vice mayor of Pingxiang Jiangxi Province and achieved outstanding award on poverty alleviation.
